We are very proud to announce the launch of Age Check Certification Scheme - ACCS, new website. Now with a smooth access, new intuitive features and responsive design, you can have the same experience when using your phone, laptop, PC or tablet and, most importantly: you will have access to relevant content and assistance to help you with your questions.
In 2019, we noticed that it was time to recreate our website and offer an online tool to everyone who is looking to get information about our services and what we offer, to search on the topics we cover, and to get support to have your questions answered by us.
We started making changes to our website based on internal data about how our users navigate on ACCS site. What type of content was most accessed and consequently more relevant to our audience and what were the information gaps that we should work on better were some of the points we were concerned with during the project. We gathered analyzes about the products and services we offer and built a platform aimed at making life easier for everyone who accesses our website.
